We protect your personal information that may be submitted online, stated over the phone, etc. We do not sell your information to anyone. Information submitted via phone, fax, mail or the web is used to assist our customers with getting health insurance coverage.

We do have links on our website that go to other websites. We make a concerted effort to only link to quality websites that we think will be helpful to our customers. However, we have no control over these websites and we do not take responsibility for their content or privacy practices.
We collect the e-mail address of those who get quotes and who communicate with us via e-mail. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please notify us by phone or by email. Also, you may unsubscribe from our newsletters by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
We aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
The information we collect is used for internal review, used to improve the content of our web pages, used to customize content and/or layout of our pages for individual consumers and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
THIRD PARTY VENDORS AND COOKIES
Be aware that third party vendors, such as Google, show our ads on their sites as well as on other websites on the internet. These vendors use cookies to serve ads based on user’s prior visits to our website. To opt out of Google’s use of cookies, please visit Google advertising opt-out page. Or, you may opt out of a third party vendor’s use of cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt out page. We also use Google’s Remarketing Dynamic Ads, which use the Teracent cookie.
PPC CONVERSION TRACKING CODE FOR GOOGLE, YAHOO MSN/BING
We use pay-per-click conversion tracking code on our website from Google Adwords and MSN Adcenter. This code is used entirely to track the effectiveness of our advertisements on these three search engines. None of your personal information is used in this process. We collect information related to search terms entered, ads clicked on, and whether or not visitors landed on quotes pages or thank you pages, which constitute a conversion for our business.

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
USE OF CUSTOMER PERSONAL AND HEALTH INFORMATION BY HEALTH INSURANCE CARRIERS, COVERED CALIFORNIA AND THE CALIFORNIA EXCHANGE
In addition, medical and financial information filed with HealthForCalifornia.com will be submitted to the California Exchange (“Covered California”) and to the health insurance carrier that a customer is applying to be enrolled with.

We will not take retaliatory action against you if you file a complaint about our privacy practices.
CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE
We may change this notice and our privacy practices at any time, as long as the change is consistent with state and federal law. Any revised notice will apply both to the personal health information (PHI) we already have about you at the time of the change, and any PHI created or received after the change takes effect. Except for changes required by law, we will not implement an important change to our privacy practices before we revise this notice.
